If you’re not happy with Canadian Citizenship Test Prep Premium, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment. This applies to your first payment and to each monthly renewal. No questions asked.
How to ask for a refund
- Email chowchowbuy@gmail.com from the email address on your account, or
- reply to the receipt email you got from Paddle, or contact Paddle through the link in that receipt.
Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Premium ends when the refund is issued.
After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days aren’t normally refunded, but if something went wrong (for example, you were charged twice or couldn’t use the site), write to us and we’ll sort it out.
Cancelling
Premium is $2.99 CAD / month and renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep Premium until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Who processes payments
Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing, receipts, taxes and refunds, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
