1. Who we are
Canadian Citizenship Test Prep is run by Zhengtao Long, operating as ChowChow Labs (Ontario, Canada). Contact: chowchowbuy@gmail.com. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. What the site is
A study aid with practice questions and mock exams for the Canadian citizenship test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by the Government of Canada or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Passing our mock exams doesn’t guarantee you’ll pass the real test. Always study the official Discover Canada guide.
3. Accounts
- You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email secure.
- One account per person. Don’t share your account or resell access.
- If you’re under 16, please use the site with a parent or guardian’s permission.
- You can delete your account any time in Settings.
4. Free and Premium plans
- Mock Exams 1–7 are free, with ads, and can be retaken any time.
- Premium costs $2.99 CAD / month (plus sales tax where it applies) and unlocks Mock Exams 8–20, retrying missed and flagged questions, and no ads. The iPhone app is a separate purchase.
- Premium renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings; you keep Premium until the end of the paid month.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy, including a 14-day money-back guarantee.
- We may change prices in future. We’ll tell subscribers by email before a new price applies to them.
5. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to purchases.
6. Fair use
Please don’t copy, scrape or republish our questions, explanations or artwork, try to break or overload the site, or get around the Premium features. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Content and accuracy
We work hard to keep questions accurate and up to date, but mistakes can happen and rules can change. If you spot an error, email us. The site is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows we aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as a failed test or a delayed application. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we’ll email subscribers about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
